Masahito Katayama Gallery of the Reader Collection of Japanese Flower-and-Bird Art

Masahito is a painter who also makes screenprints of some his work. This gallery shows sixteen of his flower prints. Click on a picture to enlarge it. While Masahito draws the shapes of his flower subjects accurately they are often difficult to identify because he simplifies their coloring and includes only part of the flower in a picture (e.g., 8-16).
